Rates & Reservations

Availability is often times limited during

  the highly desirable prime spring and autumn seasons. 

Early booking for these time periods is highly recommended.

Rates:

Rates depend on number of people and time of year.  Please contact us for current rates and availability.

• Fully refundable (within 3 days of departure) security deposit: $200.00  Evidence of smoking in home will result in loss of deposit
• Cleaning Fee: $50.00/$150.00 for stays over 1 week
• There are additional charges for parties over two people:

additional 1-2 people (total occupancy 4) + $10.00/night per person

additional 3-5 people (total occupancy 8) + $20.00/night per person

• There is a two night minimum rental.

Deposits:

You may book a rental and make a deposit up to one year in advance.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required three months in advance of your booking.  If your booking is less than three months from the rental period, the deposit must be made within seven days of the booking. 

For stays of more that two nights, 50% of total is due at time of confirmation with balance 30 days prior to stay.

All rates are subject to change without notice, however, once your deposit is placed, your rate will not change.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are refundable less a 10% processing fee if we are given 30 days notice.  After 30 days, no refund unless we are able to rebook. 

If we are able to fill your cancelled rental period then your entire deposit will be refunded.

There is no refund for early departures.
